Abstract

|
Primary leiomysarcomas of the ovary are extremely rare. Fewer than 20 cases have been described in the literature. This case is occurred in a 53 years old multiparous woman. We experienced a case of pure ovarian leiomysarcoma which may originate
from
smooth muscle cells of the ovarian blood vessel. We report this case with a brief view of the literature.
